Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using Would You Rather (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
2. Accounts
You sign in using your Google account. You're responsible for keeping that account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
3. Content you create
You keep ownership of the topics and questions you create. By posting them, you give other users of the App permission to view and play them, and you give us permission to store and display them as part of operating the App.
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory
- Sexualizes or otherwise endangers minors
- Infringes someone else's copyright or other rights
- Contains malware or spam
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion, without prior notice.
4. Acceptable use
Don't try to disrupt the App, access other users' accounts, scrape data at scale, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
5. Advertising
The App may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Interacting with ads normally (i.e. as a genuinely interested visitor) is fine; artificially inflating ad views or clicks (e.g. asking friends to click ads, using bots) is not allowed and can get advertising disabled or accounts suspended.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
